SHIPPING IN GREECE
The cost of the shipments ranges from 3 to 5€. For orders over 49€ the shipping cost is free. Most orders ship out within 1-3 business days of ordering pending availability and credit verification. The courier company we are working with within Greece is Acs Courier. Once your order has been shipped, we estimate delivery within 1-3 business days of its ship date in Athens and on land destinations and 1-5 working days to islands or inaccessible destinations from the date of shipment. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or national holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The shipping rate varies according to your Country. Unfortunately, for orders outside the EU, your order total does not reflect the duties and taxes that will be charged to you upon delivery by the shipping carrier. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the item(s) ordered, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Duties and taxes are non-refundable. If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred. RETURNS +
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date.
In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns. Lantzouraki Eirini (Laren Mykonos) reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
STORE CREDIT
Store credit (voucher) can be used on a future order within 1 year of the return.
REFUND
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed approximately within 8-10 business days. Refunds will be remitted to the bank account prescribed by the customer.
RETURN FEES
In case you choose to return your order, you will be burdened with the shipping cost. In case your order is returning from outside the EU, you will be additionally burdened with any other fees, duties and taxes imposed by customs authorities.
